Town of luxury

Established in 2021 in the UAE, Luxury City expanded its operations to Saudi Arabia in 2022. Over the course of four years in the GCC, we have handled several types of construction and finishing projects, including but not limited to basic construction, facades, interior finishing, electrical, mechanical and plumbing (MEP) works for projects such as private villas, mid-rise buildings, health clubs, shops, restaurants, and offices. We have executed both construction-only and design-build projects, and our portfolio is diversified from concrete structure-only projects to turnkey projects in the commercial and residential sectors. The company is managed by a team of industry professionals with more than 20 years of experience in the GCC, particularly in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. This ensures that we adhere to the highest market standards and general contracting best practices, which has earned us the trust and respect of our clients. To keep up with market demands and the fast-paced nature of work in the GCC, we have adopted the mentality of working on fast-track projects under high pressure, yet still managing to deliver projects within tight timelines compared to the volume of work.

Our vision is to make construction easy, enabling our clients to prioritize and think about other aspects of their business without ever worrying about the construction aspect, because we will take care of it all for them.
